Warranty and Returns

Vampire Bikes offers a 2-Year Limited Warranty
Vampire Bikes guarantees our products to be free from defects in materials and manufacturing for a period of two years from date of purchase. The limited warranty applies to the original owner and is non-transferable. Vampire Bikes will, at our discretion, repair or replace any frame or component that we determine to be defective.

The limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, claimed defects, or failures that result from abuse, misuse, collision, neglect, lack of maintenance, improper assembly, product alteration of any kind, or labor costs associated with the warranty claim. Warranty excludes frames painted outside Vampire Bikes. Damage to derailleur hangers is excluded from the warranty. 

Costs for third-party components requiring replacement are not covered by Vampire Bikes. A warranty exchange does not extend the warranty period.  Vampire Bikes does not provide compensation in any form during the warranty process. Frames sent to us for warranty claims need to be clean, with all third-party components removed. 

 

Crash Replacement

We are riders and know what our frames will hold up to under normal riding conditions. Crash replacement is there for this reason. If you miss a landing on a drop or jump and have a problem. Let us know. We will get you rolling again ASAP. 
Vampire Bikes may offer frames and components at a reduced cost for warranty claims outside our warranty policy. Vampire Bikes offers this at its sole discretion and reserves the right to refuse this offer at any time. 

Vampire Bikes wants to ensure our customers are totally satisfied with their newly received frame/bike/components. To that end, we support our customers with the option to return any product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the original purchase price (on items that were purchased as a pre-order, 30 day return policy is from date of shipment). If you are not happy with your product, contact us right away for a return authorization and we will issue a refund once your order is received and inspected. 

Shipping both ways will be at your expense and is non-refundable. Returned items must be in the original box and/or packaging. We do not accept returns on parts that have been installed or used. Missing items will not be refunded.

If looking to return an item, please contact us to receive an RA number and address for return shipping. Please do not ship returns without prior authorization and RA number.

We are not responsible for returned items until they are received at our warehouse so we recommend insuring your shipment. Defective components become the property of Vampire Bikes after replacement.

Our goal at Vampire Bikes is to make bikes that that last. So that you never need this page in your life. But things do happen. We are here for you and to make the warranty process easy. But understand we are a small rider owned brand. We do the best we can.
